Formalities and Visas
Every person entering Bhutan must reserve his trip with a travel agent that, such as ours, is approved by the Ministry of the Economy and recognized by the Tourism Council in Bhutan. We take care of all the administrative steps required to obtain your visa and send it to you 15 days before your departure. This visa will be required when you check in with the airline company Druk Air or Bhutan Airlines. You will also need a passport that is valid more than 6 months after your return date.
If you transit by Nepal, you can obtain a visa at the Katmandu airport upon your arrival. However, if you transit by India, you will need to obtain a visa before your departure.
For all the information about transits via Nepal and India, I am at your service for any information you need about hotels and sightseeing in Dehli during the day – and activities for a short stay in Katmandu.
